Join our team as an Account Manager in the Sales department. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to our mission to reimagine the labor market for everyone.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  7. Have experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
  8. Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
  10. Be familiar with CRMs, MS Office, and recruitment market trends.
