Join our team as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for account management within the Sales department, managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying, hunting, and developing new business opportunities. You will play a vital role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
  4. Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  6. Utilize excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  7. Leverage experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or in a similar role.
  8. Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is an asset.
  10. Experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of recruitment market trends.
