Role Overview:

As an Account Manager in the Sales department, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  4. Preparing reports on account status and providing feedback to management.
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Demonstrating excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  7. Having experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
  8. Being results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Communicating effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
  10. Having experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of recruitment market trends.
