Join Our Team

As a member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for account management, including nurturing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities. You will play a vital role in reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Have experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
• Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Be experienced with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledgeable about recruitment trends.
