Role Overview: Join our Sales team as an Account Manager. You will manage existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and play a key role in reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Possess experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
• Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of recruitment market trends.
