Your mission
As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our existing customer business! In this role, you will make a significant contribution to our success by maintaining and expanding our existing customer relationships and tapping into new sales potential.
This is what you will do:
- Proactive customer care: maintain and strengthen our existing customer relationships through regular contact and exceptional service.
- Cross-selling and upselling: Identify additional needs of our customers and present suitable solutions from our portfolio to maximise sales potential.
- Customised solutions: Analyse our customers' specific requirements and customise our products and services.
- Successful negotiations: Develop customised offers and lead contract negotiations to a successful conclusion.
- Customer-centred customisation: Provide excellent service by understanding individual needs and customising our solutions accordingly.
- Dynamic product presentation: Inspire our customers at trade fairs, meetings and conferences with your in-depth product knowledge and persuasive manner.
- CRM system expert: Use our CRM system HubSpot on a daily basis to provide important information and generate meaningful reports.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, healthcare or similar.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software sales, ideally in supporting social organisations. You are familiar with both acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers.
- You work independently in sales, are eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement.
- Your success and goal-orientation as well as your tenacity are the basis for your ability to close deals.
- You have excellent communication skills and a positive charisma.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
