Your mission

As an Account Manager (m/f/d) at SIDES, your mission is to ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of our B2B clients in the food and hospitality industry. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through their journey with our software solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and turning feedback into meaningful action. By building strong relationships and coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, you will play a key role in driving customer success, product adoption, and sustainable growth — helping both our clients and SIDES thrive.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders on the client side
  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer strategic advice and align our solutions with their business goals
  • Coordinate internal teams (Product, Support, Onboarding, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing service
  • Monitor account performance and usage, analyze data, and prepare regular reports and business reviews for clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback to help improve our product and processes
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of account management processes and customer journey touchpoints
  • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal projects to help shape the future of the department
Your profile
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients at various levels
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, with a structured and proactive approach to client needs and business goals
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, cloud-based software, or POS systems – experience in the food delivery, hospitality, or retail tech industry is a plus
  • Analytical mindset – confident in working with data, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration between clients, product, and technical departments
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) but not a must
  • A customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value and improving client experience
