Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for an Account Manager - IT Software to join our team in Europe, focusing on developing the German market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers to generate significant opportunities and coordinating with departments such as Delivery, Center of Excellence, and Marketing to deliver proposals and projects. They will also be tasked with maintaining customer care, growing revenue, and offering new technological services.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive digital transformation topics, including Cloud, SAP, Data & AI, and modernization discussions with customers. Manage the overall sales cycle and go-to-market plan.
  2. Expand business and strengthen relationships.
  3. Manage daily interactions with key stakeholders.
  4. Identify opportunities, present capabilities/services, and close contracts to generate revenue.
  5. Manage, develop, and negotiate contracts, including quotations.
  6. Lead sales efforts and acquire new clients.
  7. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of contracts and services that meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales of IT services or related fields.
Domain Experience
  • Experience selling digital transformation, SAP/ERP, Cloud, Analytics, Low-code, and Automation services is advantageous.
  • Experience in selling IT services or having a strong customer network in banking, finance, insurance, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong personal networks in the enterprise space.
  • Experience working with international companies.
  • Understanding of sales principles and delivering excellent customer service.
