This Position reports to:
Market Development Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The Account Manager for the Industry Segment will develop, implement, and manage the account and segment strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates sales activities, monitors current accounts and projects, and manages the resolution of specific customer problems.

The work model for the role is: Remote, and the incumbent should be in Europe or Middle East.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ownership of the Global strategy and Account plans for assigned focus segments and accounts with Global or Regional HQs within the EMEA region.
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and maintaining corporate and regional relationships.
  • Supporting sales for our Reliability, Safety, and Sustainability portfolio.
  • Proactively sourcing and developing business opportunities.
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Developing and negotiating frame agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborating with operational delivery teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales budgets and associated KPIs.
  • Performing administrative functions, including using Salesforce and ensuring client compliance.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, sales, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Management or Business Development position.
  • Good understanding of Reliability, Safety, & Sustainability solutions, preferably in the Energized assets market.
