What you will do:

As Account Manager for Hungary, you will take responsibility for building and developing our presence in the Hungarian market. You’ll combine strategic foresight to unlock new opportunities, create sustainable growth, and establish Surplex as a leading player in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Hungarian market, including key competitors, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Identify and seize market opportunities where others see only challenges.
  • Acquire new customers, open new sales channels, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and success.
  • Foster an innovative and success-driven work environment.
  • Master Surplex’s systems and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Deliver measurable successes in the first 90 days, including acquiring initial customers and evaluating their potential.
What you bring:
  • Proven track record in business development and new customer acquisition.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic vision.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire teams.
  • Market knowledge of Hungary or the ability to acquire it quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and good English (both spoken and written).
