Jobbeschreibung

Position Summary :

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Bauer Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts within assigned areas/markets. The role involves executing sales plans to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and order targets. The Bauer Account Manager will develop client relationship strategies, establish strong client relationships, and suggest innovative solutions to exceed client needs.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Deliver consistent revenue and market share growth within assigned accounts.
  • Execute disciplined selling processes to meet quotas, including account planning, territory management, funnel opportunity management, CRM proficiency, and value-added solution selling (Powertrain).
  • Maximize new business and marketing opportunities through the execution of BU Playbooks.
  • Understand customers’ strategic initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, aligning selling approaches to their needs, and facilitating solutions.
  • Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote new product development and serve as an industry expert and sales liaison within Regal Rexnord leadership and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team selling environment with vertical market sales, regional sales, division teams, and inside sales specialists.
  • Leverage Regal Rexnord’s tools to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in solution-selling within a B2B industrial environment dealing with OEMs, end-users, and distributors. Technical sales or marketing experience in industrial manufacturing or powertrain industries is preferred. A BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical competence in gearmotors and their applications in served markets, with proficiency in technical support.
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement using 80/20 principles.
  • Knowledge of CRM and BI tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
