A global industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Account Manager dedicated to assigned accounts. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of solution-selling experience, specifically in the B2B industry, with a focus on technical sales in the powertrain sector. Responsibilities include developing client relationships and executing sales plans. This full-time position in Esslingen am Neckar may require 50% travel.

Qualifikationen

Position Summary :

Under the direction of the Sales Manager the Bauer Account Manager is dedicated to Accounts within assigned areas / markets and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans to achieve Customer satisfaction and Bauer sales & orders target. The Bauer Account Manager will be developing client relationship management strategies establishing strong client relationships and suggesting innovative solutions to exceed client needs.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned accounts
  • Execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota : 1) Purposeful account planning 2) Time and territory management and 3) Funnel opportunity management / CRM proficiency 4) Value added solution selling (Powertrain)
  • Maximize new business and marketing opportunitiesvia the execution of BU Playbooks.
  • Understand customers strategic initiatives by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers align selling approach to meet their needs and prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution.
  • Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert and sales liaison within Regal Rexnord Leadership & Engineering Management to evaluate / execute strategies for brand promotion on the basis of competitive conditions key industry trends and economic environment
  • Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Vertical markets Sales Regional Sales Division teams and Inside Sales Specialists
  • Leverage Regal Rexnords ease of doing business tools to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a solution-selling environment in B2B industry dealing with OEM End-Users and Distributors. Technical sales and / or Marketing experience in an industrial manufacturing or powertrain industry preferred and BA / BS Industrial Technologies / Mech. Eng. / Industrial Distribution or related field preferred
  • Be technically competent in the knowledge and application of gearmotors in served markets. Engage proficient technical support as required.
  • Passion to drive Continuous Improvement through 80 / 20 principles
  • Understanding and working knowledge of CRM and BI Tools
  • Valid drivers license
  • Travel : 50%
