Zusammenfassung

Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Success Account Manager focusing on the German market. You will manage a B2B client portfolio, conduct cold calls, upsell services, and build strong relationships with decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions.

Relocation support to Athens is available, including airport pickup and full settling-in assistance. A performance bonus and health coverage accompany a permanent, full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• German language at C1+ level.
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling and upselling.
• Consultative, client-focused communication style.
• Strong English (B2+); other languages are a plus.
