Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for the German market with relocation support to Athens. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, conduct cold calls, and upsell services while building strong relationships with decision-makers.

In this role you will provide insight-driven recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, and strive to exceed sales, retention, and upsell targets in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• German language at C1+ level.
• Experience in B2B sales including cold calling and upselling.
• Consultative, client-focused communication style.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce,HubSpot welcome).
• Strong English skills (B2+).
• Results-driven mindset with proven success.
