  • Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Exceed sales retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
  • C1 level of German
  • Experience in B2B sales cold calling and upselling
  • A consultative, client‑focused communication style
  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce or HubSpot welcome)
  • Strong English (B2); other languages are a bonus
  • A results‑driven mindset with proven success
  • Excellent time management & problem‑solving skills
