Jobbeschreibung

CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B2B) to join its team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in German-speaking countries, with proven experience in features-benefit-solutions selling within high-tech environments for Geospatial industries (e.g., surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture).

In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Germany and surrounding countries across diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.

About the role
  1. Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop market share.
  2. Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
  3. Conduct business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts across various verticals through prospecting.
  4. Support distributors in developing their business activities.
  5. Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
  6. Visit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders.
  7. Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows.
  8. Identify and nurture new market opportunities.
  9. Analyze market trends and discover growth opportunities.
About you
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture).
  3. Fluency in German and professional English skills, both written and oral.
  4. Experience in international dealer management is a plus.
  5. Results-oriented with a positive outlook, aiming for high quality and profitability.
  6. Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities.

Note: Candidates must be EU citizens, residing and eligible to work in Germany.

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel within German-speaking countries (about 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic visits.
