Jobbeschreibung

CHC Navigation is seeking a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B2B) to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in German-speaking countries, with proven success in feature-benefit-solutions selling within high-tech geospatial industries such as surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, or precision agriculture.

This role involves identifying and recruiting new dealers, supporting and developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts across Germany and surrounding countries in various market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.

About the role
  1. Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volume, and develop market share.
  2. Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
  3. Engage in direct and indirect business development to expand distribution channels and secure key accounts in diversified verticals through prospecting.
  4. Support distributors in their business development efforts.
  5. Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries collaboratively with distributors.
  6. Visit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders.
  7. Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows.
  8. Identify and nurture new market opportunities.
  9. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
About you
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  2. At least 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries, including GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, or precision agriculture.
  3. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  4. Experience in international dealer management is advantageous.
  5. Results-oriented with a positive outlook, aiming for high quality and profitability.
  6. Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities.
  7. Must be an excellent communicator in person.
  8. Eligible to work in Germany and residing in the EU.
Travel Requirements

This role involves frequent travel within German-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic visits.
