CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B2B) to join its team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in German-speaking countries. Proven experience in feature-benefit-solutions selling within high-tech environments for Geospatial industries (e.g., surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture) is essential.
In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Germany and surrounding countries across various market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.
Note: Candidates must be EU citizens, already residing in Germany, and eligible to work there.
This role involves frequent travel within German-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
