DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about driving cloud-based business transformation and helping software companies revolutionize their business models? Join our ISV team at AWS where you'll play a pivotal role in enabling Independent Software Vendors to innovate, scale, and capture new market opportunities through SaaS transformation.

As ISV Account Manager, you will partner with key software companies across Germany to architect their journey to cloud-native solutions and SaaS business models. You'll have the unique opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions and business model evolution at the executive level, while helping ISVs unlock new revenue streams and expand into global markets.

Key job responsibilities

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales Representative at AWS, you deliver digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects & developers. In this role, you are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio to ISVs.

On a daily basis you empower your customers to solve challenges while attaining both their operational and innovation goals. You deliver business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional.
- Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects.
- Fluent in both German & English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience selling cloud solutions.
- Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV).
