Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Client Management professionals — whether you’re building on your first experience or looking for the next step in your career — to join our growing team in the financial services and payments sector.

  • Location: Frankfurt am Main (Lyoner Strasse)
  • Office set up: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary: €60, per annum OTE
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (40 hours/week)

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, providing proactive support, enhancing client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients and partners
  • Drive account management and revenue growth initiatives
  • Increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upselling opportunities across products and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues and inquiries

Skills and Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and English proficiency
  • Strong customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in financial services or payments is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working with retailers or eCommerce businesses is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Competitive salary of €60, OTE per annum
