We're looking for an Account Manager for the German market to join our small team in Berlin, someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, understands the nuances of enterprise sales and account management, and knows how to turn customers into long-term partners. This is a hybrid role that blends customer relationship management, strategic expansion, and sales execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage, retain, and expand our B2B customer base across Germany
• Engage with marketing, communications, and growth teams to ensure customer success and long-term adoption of Skyfish and Colourbox
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts, increase usage, and introduce Skyfish’s SaaS solutions to Colourbox customers
• Understand customer workflows, position our solutions effectively, and consult on best practices
• Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to shape how we support and grow our enterprise customer base
• Be the expert in digital asset management, stock media, and enterprise SaaS to keep our customers ahead of the game

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, DAM, MarTech, or Stock Media
• Public sector experience is a plus
• Native/Fluent German & English
• Proven track record in retaining and growing accounts with a strong understanding of expansion revenue strategies
• You get your customers’ pain points and know how to position solutions that drive impact
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive), SaaS platforms, and enterprise sales cycles
• You thrive in high-growth environments, take initiative, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do
