Our client is a leading innovator in SaaS business analytics of complex data recognized by Gartner. Customers include local startups as well as global multinationals.

They are looking for several Account Executives based in Germany with a proven track record of success in the DACH market. The ideal candidates are energetic, upbeat and versatile, focused and well-organized individuals with impeccable integrity.

You will join the sales group focused on outbound activities selling to SMB as well as enterprise in the field as well as over the phone. You must be comfortable with reaching out and qualifying prospects, actively mapping and developing existing accounts, setting events and establishing strategic partnerships. You must have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales processes and be an excellent closer.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. 3+ yrs of proven experience in direct sales and OEM, in Field as well as Inside sales
  3. Hunter and closer by heart with a proven track record of success quarter by quarter
  4. Experience in selling B2B software products in DACH – a must
  5. Business Intelligence & Analytics SaaS experience – a huge advantage
  6. Experience in managing the sales process from start to finish with Senior / C-level customers
  7. Revenue driven, positive and energetic attitude, ambitious and upbeat
  8. Self-motivation and genuine commitment for excellence in sales
  9. Able to explain complex technical ideas in a way that clients understand and get excited about
  10. Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet sales quota within prospect accounts
  2. Plan outbound activities to drive new business such as events, roundtables, and conventions
  3. Map and develop existing customers and named prospects
  4. Be responsible for driving new business opportunities through Direct Sales, Indirect and OEM in the region
  5. Be responsible for taking qualified leads and turning them into sales
  6. Understand customer needs and requirements
  7. Close deals and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  8. Sell the value of business analytics solutions to potential clients
  9. Conduct product demonstrations to prospects via our web-based conferencing tools
