Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bei AGICAP sind Sie für die Kundenzufriedenheit verantwortlich und die Hauptansprechperson für alle Fragen zur Software. Nach umfassender Schulung unterstützen Sie Unternehmen aktiv bei der Finanzplanung und tragen zur Produktentwicklung bei, indem Sie Kundenfeedback einbringen. Ihr Ziel ist es, Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung der Software zu helfen und ihre langfristigen Erfolge zu fördern.

As an Account Manager (m/f/d) at AGICAP, you will focus on customer satisfaction, which is one of our main goals. You will be the primary contact for all questions concerning the tool and support companies in planning their finances and liquidity. You will receive comprehensive training during onboarding (2-4 weeks) to become an expert in our online tool and work processes. As a trained AGICAP expert, you will represent the company to our customers, ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities include managing, maintaining, and developing the client portfolio by understanding their activities, challenges, and needs, and helping them achieve their goals with Agicap. You will support customers in the optimal and long-term use of our software, deliver webinars and product presentations, develop new materials, and promote active usage of our software. Additionally, you will identify upsell opportunities and pass customer feedback to the product team to contribute to product development. You will also share knowledge and ideas to improve processes and team development.
