Responsibilities
  • Manage sales responsibilities within your territory according to the business plan.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and managing key existing clients, including territory analysis and strategic expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in clinical and commercial areas.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct training, and report market data, including procedural and competitor trends.
  • Participate in national and international trade shows, conferences, and local symposia.
  • Handle administrative tasks and reporting duties.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree, medical technology, business administration, or related field; or medical training with OP experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, clinical sales, or related areas preferred.
  • Proven sales success, financial and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within large sales territories.
