  • Regional responsibility for a customer with a focus on revenue growth
  • Development of new business areas and improvement of customer satisfaction
  • Full support and responsibility for the entire sales cycle—from product consulting/promotion/tech days to quotation preparation and contract finalization
  • Management of current series production business (annual price negotiations, change management, customer requests, etc.)
  • Support of business processes with the customer and internally on a global level
  • Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and expansion of the existing product portfolio
  • Definition of forward-looking sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Pricing of existing business with a strong focus on profitability improvement
  • Leading role in and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Your ideal background:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant experience in Controlling and/or a Project environment (e.g., 3+ years, or equivalent exposure)
  • Knowledge of automotive products and processes is a plus but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn
  • Experience with tools such as SAP FI/CO and PowerBI is preferred; we provide training opportunities for motivated learners
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with support available for continued development
  • Analytical skills to uncover risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to influence others and transform data into meaningful insights that drive action
