Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for experienced and communicative Account Managers who actively shape and grow our client relationships. In this role, you’ll guide our clients through the development and execution of customized gaming and esports strategies – from the initial idea to final reporting. You’ll serve as the main point of contact and seamlessly coordinate between clients and our internal teams. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.

• Management and coordination of client accounts across all project phases

• End-to-end support in the development and execution of gaming and esports strategies

• Development of creative solutions tailored to specific client marketing objectives

• Acting as the central communication link between clients and internal project teams

• Preparation of proposals, coordination of execution, and delivery of project reporting

• Monitoring progress and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery

• Daily documentation and maintenance of client relationships in the CRM system

Your profile

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or project coordination – ideally in an agency environment

• Structured, solution-oriented approach and high level of initiative

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with gaming or esports clients is a strong plus

• Familiarity with agency workflows or project-based account structures

• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic project management platforms

• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of digital communities
