We’re looking for our next ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the Commercial Team based in Frankfurt or Madrid - Europe, focusing on the vibrant markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), helping millions of people stay connected with the world. In this pivotal role, you\'ll be responsible for driving sales within both the leisure and corporate segments of the DACH industry. You\'ll achieve this by nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our current key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring their continued success. Equally important, you\'ll be actively acquiring new connections and identifying untapped opportunities to expand our business footprint across the region.

Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned portfolio of agencies and corporate clients, maximizing market share, generated income and cost efficiency.
- Actively participate in the definition of the revised market strategy for each segment, as well as maintain close control over the target customers with the necessary actions for further development and improvement.
- Identify sales possibilities through regular market research while evaluating customer needs.
- Periodically and opportunely review the monthly and annual results in order to generate or adjust the action plan for each market.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, congresses or roadshows to promote LATAM Airlines.
- Provide support in training customers on the company\'s products, procedures and network.
Qualifications
- Have a bachelor\'s degree or degree.
- It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions (Commercial Executive or sales area).
- Have experience using CRM, ideally Sales Force.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office and the Google Workspace is essential for this role.
- We need you to have an advanced level of German (advanced), English and Spanish (both advanced).
- You must have the right to live and work in Spain or in Germany.

- Location: Frankfurt or Madrid Office, with visits to client ́s offices and attending trade related events.
