A Japanese manufacturer in Amstelveen is looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager. You will primarily support existing clients and develop new clients in the cosmetic industry in the Netherlands.

Salary: €60-70k/year + performance bonus, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers
Engage with customers to take supply orders and introduce new products
Prepare and submit Customer Visit Reports with meeting summaries and sales strategies
Complete monthly activity and results reports using provided templates
Coordinate with the CEO, VP, R&D, and colleagues to stay updated on products, trends, and customer needs
Use Exact Online to update customer information and manage schedules
Travel as needed, manage expenses and logs appropriately
Adhere to MCLS Europe pricing policies
Assist with inventory movement when necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-3 years sales or related experience in cosmetics, chemicals, ingredients, or nutrition industries
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet use
Willing to travel to client sites
Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages (Dutch, Japanese, German, French) are a plus
Must have the right to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship not available
