We are looking for a German-speaking Account Relationship Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for building personal relationships with selected high-value and high-potential clients.

The main goal is for the Account Relationship Manager to become the primary contact between the company and the customer. Through communication via telephone, emails, and live chats, the customer should feel comfortable discussing issues related to responsible gaming, bonuses, revenue, and source of funds.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with allocated players
• Ensure regulatory requests are completed when required
• Contribute to the strategic goals of the account management team to drive growth and revenue and build loyalty to the brand
• Conduct responsible gambling and AML interactions with customers
• Identify potential new customers through daily analysis and reporting
• Handle and resolve customer issues and disputes, ensuring customers feel valued
• Work as part of the account management team to influence player activity and maximize retention
• Communicate clearly within the team to deliver excellent service and provide feedback to product and marketing teams
• Coordinate with the hospitality manager for organizing events and optimizing the hospitality experience, attending these events with your customers

The role involves working shifts (9am-6pm / 11am-8pm) and at least one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in an account management role
• Industry experience is preferred
• Proven track record in safer gambling relationship management
• Interest and knowledge of licensed online gaming, including sports and casino

Personal Skills

• Outstanding relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, knowing when to escalate or make decisions
