As an Account Manager, you take ownership of initiating and coordinating ICT projects – with a particular focus on quality assurance and testing. You guide complex transformation initiatives from concept to contract, managing both the sales process and the cross-functional deal team. Winning new clients and strengthening existing relationships are at the heart of your role.

  • You approach client acquisition proactively – across channels and with a strong sense of authenticity, technical insight, and a sharp understanding of client challenges.
  • From first contact to contract signing and beyond, you manage the entire sales cycle with autonomy and precision.
  • You build trusted networks at senior decision-maker level and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • In collaboration with your team, you design account strategies and sales plans tailored to market dynamics and customer needs.
  • You present our solutions clearly and confidently – whether in consultations, trainings, or on stage at events.
  • By continuously monitoring the market and competition, you identify new opportunities and turn them into actionable strategies.
How You Can Contribute Your Strengths With Us:

  • You have a proven track record in IT services and consulting sales – ideally backed by a strong network in insurance, banking, or the public sector, including access to key decision-makers.
  • You combine technical depth with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a customer-first mindset, make you a valued partner both internally and externally.
  • You’re structured, independent, and driven – even in demanding technical environments.
  • Traveling is part of your rhythm – you enjoy being on the road and meeting clients face to face.
  • You speak fluent German (C1) and are confident communicating in business-level English.
