Invenia is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Stuttgart region in Germany, focusing on life sciences and MedTech.
The role emphasises building long-term relationships over transactional sales and managing strategic accounts within a well-resourced, collaborative sales team.
Account Manager, Stuttgart region (Life Sciences / MedTech)
I'm working with a global life sciences and medical technology company to find an Account Manager to cover the Stuttgart area as part of their South Germany team. This is a well established, well resourced business with a strong footprint in the region and a genuinely collaborative, supportive culture behind the sales team.
If you're in clinical, life science or diagnostic sales and looking for a role where you can build long term relationships rather than chase transactional deals, this is worth a look.
What you'll be doing: Managing and growing existing accounts across your territory, building real relationships rather than one off sales.
Developing account based strategies grounded in a genuine understanding of customer needs.
Owning your order and sales targets, with a clear route to influence how you get there.
Running your pipeline from first conversation through to close.
Keeping accurate forecasts and contributing to regular sales reviews with a supportive regional team
What they're looking for: Proven sales or account management experience in a clinical, life science or diagnostic setting.
A track record of closing deals, not just building pipeline.
Someone who can read customer needs and sell the right solution rather than just push the full portfolio.
Fluent German and strong English
What's on offer: A competitive base salary with an attractive bonus structure and no cap on overachievement.
Company car, including electric options
Home office allowance
A structured onboarding and training programme to set you up properly from day one
The backing of an established, growing organisation rather than a start up finding its feet
