Main Purpose:

Achieve revenue and growth targets within an assigned customer portfolio of strategic accounts, as well as meet profitability and customer satisfaction goals. Be a role model in hunting within existing accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support and coach team members on these topics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, creating new ones as needed to support business growth and financial objectives (revenue, gross margin).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors, and Solution Management on business opportunities. Act as a link between the customer and internal delivery/production teams, advocating for the client within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans and manage a pipeline of revenue and activities for the account portfolio.
  • Implement sales and account growth strategies in cooperation with the HoAM, positioning all Acolad solutions and services with support from product specialists.
  • Achieve targets and KPIs for your accounts in close cooperation with the HoAM. Work with teams to foster account growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Forecast account sales and monitor the pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Visit clients on-site regularly (quarterly/half-yearly) to represent Acolad and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role within the language service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a 7-figure account portfolio with demonstrable quota achievement.
  • Business proficiency in German.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
