Tasks

The Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in managing client relationships, driving sales, and helping us expand in the fast-paced construction sector. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, presenting our solutions to prospective clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive revenue growth by presenting our innovative solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals and finalize contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Client Satisfaction: Make sure clients are happy, solve any problems, and ensure they get the most value from our products.
  • Achieving Targets: Hit and exceed sales targets while managing deadlines and expectations.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of sales outreach strategies, particularly in a B2B context
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience managing client accounts or similar responsibilities
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and German (B2 or better)
