We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive (m / f / d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its go-to market strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll ensure that our portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimised and contribute to various projects.

Founded in 2021 with its HQ in Berlin / Germany, the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through their innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage, while successfully serving hundreds of companies.

In this role, you’ll :
  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding potential clients to closing deals.
  2. Present products to prospective clients.
  3. Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.
  4. Provide professional and efficient after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and stay in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  5. Create detailed business plans to reach goals and quotas.
  6. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and staying up-to-date with industry trends to develop long-term partnerships.
Your Profile
  1. Degree in economics, engineering, social sciences, or similar fields.
  2. First experience in account management or sales with a B2B focus; experience in real estate or construction is a plus.
  3. Stay current with industry trends to better address customer business challenges.
  4. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in business German and ideally English.
  5. Support is required in the Berlin office; eligibility to work within the EU is mandatory.
