As our next Account Executive / Sales Manager (d / f / m), your mission is to sustain our explosive growth. You will drive revenue, own the entire sales cycle, and help break into new markets by converting major accounts and working closely with our Business Development team.

Tasks

Your Goals for the First 6 Months :

  1. Generate Revenue: Achieve MRR growth by closing deals with enterprise clients using existing leads and possibly new pipelines.
  2. Create Sustainable Growth: Focus on delivering exceptional value to retain clients and enable them to create real value.
  3. Dazzling Sales Demos: Collaborate with marketing to craft and deliver tailored demos showcasing our value.
  4. Close Deals: Prepare and negotiate offers for qualified leads, with short sales cycles averaging 50% of industry time.
  5. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, helping leads develop implementable value-adding use cases with support from onboarding managers.

  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with complex enterprise SaaS, able to handle technical questions confidently
