Our cloud technology is transforming global business, and we are seeking a Sales Executive for our Retail team in the DACH region. Your role involves offering Retail solutions directly or through partners to a large portfolio of accounts in the DACH region.

What you will do:

  • Drive growth within the Retail Global Industry Unit by prospecting and identifying high-value clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process focusing on new business sales to meet performance metrics.
  • Handle strategic accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Develop sales pipeline through customer visits, campaigns, and collaboration with Oracle LOBs and partners.
  • Position Oracle Retail solutions via strategic value-based selling, ROI analysis, and references.
  • Provide accurate forecasts regularly to senior management.
  • Engage with clients regularly to strengthen relationships.

What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle software sales experience, preferably in retail.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a tenacious attitude.
