The position is to be filled in the home office in southern Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, or Thuringia).

We are seeking an Account Executive to join the Sales Team in Germany. In this quota-carrying and fast-paced role, you will:

  • Continuously seek new business through prospecting, territory management, and periodic onsite visits.
  • Coordinate with the sales engineering team and transition business to our implementation team.
  • Be responsible for upselling and cross-selling to onboarded customers.
  • Grow the business with a focus on new customer acquisition and expansion of existing clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive a prescriptive sales process and manage a defined sales territory, including identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities.
  • Prospect for new clients via email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the account team to leverage existing relationships and cultivate growth.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by responding promptly and aligning with Customer Success.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous sales experience in ERP, e-commerce, e-invoicing, or SaaS solutions.
  • A hunter's mindset.
  • University degree.
  • Proven track record in field sales.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Independent working style.
