We are an Audio-As-A-Service, API-first Infrastructure company with the aim of democratising the way audio is produced globally. We use Artificial Intelligence and proprietary Audio Automation & Personalisation Technology to generate voices & audio at scale.

We are now at an exciting inflection point in AudioStack’s history and are looking for an ambitious individual to join our diverse international team with expertise in tech, voice synthesis R&D, and business.

Role Overview

We seek a proactive and motivated Account Executive to drive our business development in the DACH region. This role involves selling AudioStack’s AI-driven, end-to-end audio production infrastructure for audio and video ad solutions to media vendors, creative and production agencies, media agencies, and programmatic tech partners. You will expand our footprint, build strong partnerships, and increase our presence in this high-potential region.

You will work independently with remote senior commercial support to elevate AudioStack’s growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate revenue in the DACH region through B2B Enterprise sales.
  2. Identify, prospect, and engage with media, creative, production agencies, audio/video publishers, DSPs, and adtech vendors across DACH.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to accelerate revenue growth.
  4. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and position AudioStack’s solutions.
  6. Maintain and grow existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities.
  7. Manage your sales pipeline independently, collaborating with senior leadership for strategic alignment.
  8. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights on market developments to remote senior management.
  9. Identify new revenue streams and help accelerate our presence in the DACH region.

Key Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience in adtech sales, with a focus on programmatic advertising in audio and video formats.
  2. Proven success in selling to media agencies and publishers within DACH.
  3. Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technology in audio and video sectors.
  4. Strong network and relationships within media agencies and publishers in DACH.
  5. Ability to work independently remotely, managing time effectively.
  6. Experience collaborating remotely with senior teams.
  7. Growth-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  8. Understanding of platform and technology to sell AudioStack’s AI audio production solutions.
  9. Native German skills.
