Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Software Quality Solutions Business Unit. This role focuses on new customer acquisition for GUI Test Automation Tools outside the Qt ecosystem. The role is based in Berlin, Germany. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a new territory of enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory.

You will :

  • Build relationships with C-Level Engineering Management, Engineering Directors, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and Project Managers within technical development organizations.
  • Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
  • Qualify and follow up inbound leads
  • Develop and deliver world-class sales proposals to prospects and target accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation
  • Strategize with your Sales Manager on target accounts
  • Provide proactive trusted thought leadership to accounts
  • Maintain and keep abreast or ahead of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive posture of the Qt Group
  • Submit activity reports and sales forecasts weekly, keep SFDC up to date
  • Exceed annual sales targets
  • Identify and penetrate new accounts


About You :

  • 3-5 years of technology/ SaaS sales experience require
  • A track record of success in selling subscriptions into complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
  • Experience selling Functional Testing Tools or similar Automated QA tools is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to quickly adopt and leverage sales-related technologies
  • Able to sell value over price
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving company setting
  • Familiarity with Sandler or MEDDIC sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • You are results-driven with a hunter mentality
