Prospect new or installed base clients in the independent retailers market and regional retail chains to sell VusionGroup solutions.

Maintain good relationships with local decision-makers and lobby accordingly.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager Germany to implement local sales strategies and referencing agreements negotiated with major independent national or international retailers.

Ensure close follow-up with clients after sales, in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Sales administration).

Regularly update CRM tools with opportunities and manage customer and prospect databases.

Provide feedback on competitors to the manager and marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education and experience in sales of technical digital products (SaaS, IoT devices, and services).

Experience:

Familiarity with the retail sector and excellent relationship skills across store level to C-level. Strong ability to identify customer solution value and convert it into additional sales.

Skills / Abilities:

Passion for sales and drive to succeed. Fluency in German and English. Results-oriented with excellent relationship skills. Recognized for tenacity, organization, and ability to work autonomously.

Place of work: Remote, with 80% travel to meet customers.
