We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative, based in Cologne (Germany).

Your Challenges
  • Qualify existing prospects via phone or email and guide them towards the first purchase.
  • Use Salesforce to process inbound leads in a structured way and manage your sales funnel independently.
  • Help our PACK'Heroes to continually optimise our data-driven sales processes and use relevant key performance indicators.
  • Use monitoring tools (dashboards, reports, KPIs) to keep track of your performance (lead conversion and sales) and proactively discover potential improvements.
  • Leverage other lead generation opportunities such as sector events, trade shows, or industry networks to bring new prospects into our sales funnel.
  • Report all KPIs to your manager weekly and discuss potential optimisation measures.
Your Skills
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in inside sales or a similar field, familiar with digital sales processes and control.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is desirable.
  • A sales mindset focused on KPIs and analytical thinking.
  • Enjoy setting up and improving sales processes, including KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French; additional languages (German) are a plus.
  • No packaging expertise needed; we seek commercial talent and will guide you through packaging specifics.
