We're looking for a Full Cycle Account Executive who brings experience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to help us grow in Italy. In this role, you'll play a key part in deepening our understanding of the Italian market, shaping our sales strategy, and building meaningful customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity to grow with us, make an impact at the country level, and contribute to our mission of becoming Europe's leading provider of digital fleet solutions.

We are looking for someone based in Berlin or open to relocating, and who enjoys traveling regularly to Italy for business.

What You'll Do
  • You drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals, with a focus on the Italian SMB and Midmarket segments.
  • You develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Italian market, identifying and engaging with key decision-makers.
  • You conduct in-depth market research to understand local customer needs, competitive landscapes, and pricing strategies.
  • You collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine our product-market fit for Italy and develop tailored messaging.
  • You build strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer success.
  • You represent Shiftmove at industry events and conferences in Italy to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • You provide valuable feedback from the Italian market to internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies.
What You Bring
  • You have proven experience as a Full Cycle Account Executive, preferably in the SaaS industry, and ideally in mobility or a related field.
  • You understand the full sales process and have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your goals.
  • You're a clear and empathetic communicator, able to tailor your message to different audiences, and confident in presenting and negotiating.
  • You take ownership of your pipeline and work in a structured, organized way—keeping CRM data clean and using insights to guide your decisions.
  • You approach challenges with a positive and adaptable mindset, staying focused and motivated even when things get tough.
  • You're proactive and reliable, always looking for ways to improve how you work and contribute to the team's success.
  • You're curious and coachable—open to feedback and excited to keep learning and growing in your role.
