Account Executive Healthcare (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for direct sales of complex software solutions, focusing on acquiring new customers from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Target clients: Hospitals, care services with at least 500 employees.
  • Engage decision-makers at C-level with a highly personalized approach.
  • Position yourself as a process consultant and workforce management expert to potential clients.
  • Communicate through abstract concepts, emphasizing processes, ROI, opportunity costs, employee satisfaction, and savings potential, rather than software demos or features.
  • Possibility to build and motivate your own sales team.
Required Skills:
  • Successfully completed university degree.
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally with complex solutions or capital goods.
  • Experience in the healthcare/medical industry.
  • Understanding and interest in technical products/solutions.
  • Hunter mentality and hands-on approach.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 days per week across Germany.
