The primary purpose of this role is to help drive the success of our DACH Enterprise team by profiling and gaining new appointments with New Logo prospects in the Growth market segment.

What you will do :

The Account Executive is responsible for profiling, discovery, engaging, and building strategic sales plans for New Logo prospects in the Enterprise sector. While having a set of existing customers, the focus will be on :

  • Profiling prospects based on Colt’s Sweet Spot
  • Identifying and understanding prospects' business strategies and aligning how Colt can deliver solutions that drive enhanced value against specific, measurable metrics.
  • Developing and managing relationships with prospects to attain new business
  • Developing effective sales strategies and plans for new sales of Colt services & solutions.
  • Implementing an effective customer contact strategy to ensure high and wide engagement at all levels of the customer or prospect.
  • Adopting a proactive consultative sales approach
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Colt to develop solutions that address and support the customers’ stated outcomes
  • Achieving / overachieving personal sales bookings targets by selling Colt solutions & products to a defined base of new logo prospects
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
What we're looking for :

Must haves :

Experience : in business development of New Logo sales

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, international customers

Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives

Familiarity with MEDDICC or equivalent qualification methodology

Assertive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strategic relationships within organizations

Ability to work closely with the customer and effectively negotiate directly with, and internally on their behalf

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage them with customer engagement strategies

Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)

Brings strong technology and Telecoms knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in the evolving technology sector

Effective and confident decision-making based on business and financial principles

Working knowledge of MS Office suite

Fluent in German and English

Might haves :

Strong consultative selling experience from another industry and the desire to move into a career in Telecoms
