Qualifikationen

Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is a pure hunting role, driving net new business for Remote.

What you bring
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Proven success in building key customer relationships, including decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quota
  • Native or professional fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written English skills
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quota
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipelines using various channels including cold calls
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Understanding of company services and industry position
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor
  • Forecasting sales to meet monthly targets
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and manage prospects from prospecting to close
  • Maintain a current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients effectively
  • Proactively address client questions and follow up promptly
  • Collaborate internally with support departments
  • Close sales efficiently while guiding clients through the process
  • Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized businesses and design tailored solutions
  • Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and industry events

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. We pay above local in-location rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation. Our salary bands are broad, with actual pay depending on factors like location, skills, and experience. The base salary range for this position is $37,475 to $126,550 USD, subject to change.
