We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive (German Speaking) with expertise in Outbound Sales and Account Management within the Payments / FinTech sector to join our vibrant sales team at Lightspeed Commerce in Berlin.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of hospitality industry customers , helping them grow their businesses through our Financial Services solutions. If you're passionate about FinTech, SaaS, and consultative sales , we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be responsible for :
Deliver exceptional sales and account management by introducing merchants to Lightspeed Capital .
Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor , identifying financial service opportunities within your portfolio.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer growth .
Consistently achieve sales targets through strategic account management and collaboration with regional sales leaders.
What you’ll be bringing to the team :
Proven experience in outbound sales , preferably within financial services .
Track record of high performance and exceeding sales targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English .
Professional confidence when engaging with executives and decision-makers .
A passion for continuous learning, feedback, and improvement .
Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive success.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred!)
Experience in the hospitality industry .
Understanding of SaaS and consultative sales strategies .
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales pipeline management.
Experience in banking or financial services is a plus
