Sales is at the heart of our mission to scale Spreadly to new heights. As our Account Executive, you'll own the sales pipeline, inspire new leads, and show businesses the magic of digital business cards. You'll work directly with our founder, help shape the product, and deliver real value to our customers.

As our customer base grows, we're now looking for an Account Executive for France and Netherlands.

Tasks
  • Take Charge: Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, qualifying leads and closing contracts.
  • Innovate & Optimize: Continuously develop and refine sales and RFP materials.
  • Demo Pro: Conduct product demos and negotiations until the contract is signed.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product development to enhance Spreadly's offerings.
Requirements
  • Go-Getter Attitude: You're excited to build something new and aren't afraid to dive in.
  • Bilangual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with French and Dutch being a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Address customer challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented.
  • Experience Counts: Some experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR or tech.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics.
  • Ownership: Participation in the company, including profit-sharing (VOP).

We are a remote-only, small tech company, and everyone in the team is encouraged to improve Spreadly every day. To enable everyone to do great work, we focus on having only two mandatory meetings with the whole team: a Weekly Check-In on Monday and a Product Session on Friday.

We are looking for people with a hands-on mentality who love what they do and enjoy learning and improving a little bit every day.
