Responsibilities
- You leverage your expertise, knowledge, and passion for sales and account management to contribute to the company’s long-term goals.
- You drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, consistently overachieving revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling, maximising customer value.
- You manage the end-to-end sales cycle, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers, leading to expansion revenue goals.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing a proactive, self-starter approach to identifying new business opportunities and innovative strategies for existing account growth.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our client organizations, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You utilize CRM tools and data analytics to forecast revenue and make informed decisions.

Profile
- University degree in business, economics, informatics or comparable.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a B2B, SaaS closing or account management role.
- Compelling track record as an Account Executive, Customer Success, Account Manager or comparable.
- Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process.
- Analytical skills combined with a getting-things-done attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a confident and poised demeanor.
- Customer-centric.
- Team player, willing to learn from others and to share own experiences.
- German skills at native speaker level as well as very good English skills.
