What you'll do: Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within designated accounts.
- Develop an annual business plan outlining sales and activity goals to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare "Account Plan" documents for prospective clients, detailing current products/services, potential sales, and strategies to build a pipeline.
- Maintain a prospective business report highlighting potential opportunities and necessary activities to close deals.
- Identify prospective clients using various communication channels, including direct contact, mailings, and client seminars.
- Use sales automation tools to strategize market penetration, identify prospects, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with global sales teams on joint and international client opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor globally to drive and close long-term international deals.
- Enhance knowledge of company products and compare them with competitors' offerings.
What you need to succeed: Requirements
- 6-10 years of sales experience in the HCM, payroll, SaaS industry, preferably with large/global accounts.
- Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions worldwide.
- Proven success in prospecting C-suite executives and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong discovery skills and a drive to challenge prospects for business improvements.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills.
- Industry knowledge or familiarity with ADP's competitors is a plus.
- Experience in team selling environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership qualities.
