Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals.
  • Develop an annual business plan with sales and activity goals.
  • Create 'Account Plan' documents for prospective clients.
  • Maintain a prospective business report.
  • Develop prospective client sources through various communication channels.
  • Use sales automation tools to strategize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams on joint opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive and close global deals.
  • Broaden knowledge of company products versus competitors.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years sales experience in HCM, payroll, SaaS, especially with large/global accounts.
  • Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions worldwide.
  • Ability to prospect into C-Suite and meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong discovery skills and business process improvement focus.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Industry or competitor knowledge is a plus.
  • Success in team selling environments.
